ABOUT OUR SMALL GROUPS
At Oakhill, we offer two enriching ways to connect and grow: Life Groups and Mentoring Groups. Here’s a glimpse into how they differ:
LIFE GROUPS:
Life Groups are all about community and shared experiences. Meeting weekly, these groups bring together people of various life stages and backgrounds—men, ladies, and families alike. The focus is on doing life together, building lasting relationships, and growing in faith as a cohesive group. Whether you’re looking to connect with others who share your life stage or simply want to deepen your sense of belonging in our church, Life Groups provide a welcoming space for support and shared growth.
MENTORING GROUPS:
Mentoring Groups offer a more focused approach to personal and spiritual development. These groups meet once a month and are either men or ladies groups, centering around specific material or topics. The main goal of Mentoring Groups is intentional growth, guided by two leaders who provide targeted advice, support, and insights. Mentoring Groups are designed to help you grow with purpose and direction.
Both Life Groups and Mentoring Groups play crucial roles in our church community, catering to different aspects of your spiritual journey. Choose the one that best fits your needs, or engage in both to experience a well-rounded approach to faith and fellowship.
